6. Delivery

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Various factors, including weather conditions, traffic, and high order volumes, may affect delivery times.

• Be available to receive your order at the delivery address

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, we may leave it in a safe place if possible, or return it to our store. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if you request redelivery.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

18. Entire Agreement
